Mr. Ravi Jain is a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University, member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Diploma holder in Information System Audits (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. He has over 17 years of experience in roles such as Accounts and Finance Manager and Group Chief Financial Officer an. He has experience of working in various industries like KPO, Media, Chemicals, Information Technology.

Mr. Ravi Jain in the role of Group CFO at Qx, headed the operations in the India office, maintains QXâ€™s internal finance and advises on setting up business in India and the UK. He is also responsible for infrastructure procurement and setup, vendor liaisons, and overall project management. As an expert auditor and Board Member, he also ensures legal compliance of QXâ€™s Indian subsidiary.

Mr. Ravi Jain was co-founder of QX corporate advisors specializing in Setting up business in India and overseas market for Clients.

Mr. Ravi is Co-founder of RMV and Associates LLP and was working as a part time practicing chartered accountant along with his role as Group CFO of Qx Group.

Mr. Ravi Jain now moved into full time practice and heading CFO Practice division of RMV & Associates LLP and helping client in setting up business globally including in India, UK and USA. He is also acting as Director at Vasudhaiva Accountants Unit of Vipana Retail Private Limited.

Mr. Ravi Jain was part of Sub-committee at Ahmedabad Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Ravi Jain has also worked with Manubhai and Co. (Now Manubhai and Shah) Chartered Accountancy firm pioneer in Outsourcing in year 2003 as Reviewer for US outsourcing and as Audit assistant for period of 1 year. He later moved with UK Headquartered Asian Media and Marketing group as Finance manager and looked after internal finance and credit control for India, UK and USA.

Mr. Vishal Khandhar

Mr. Vishal Khandhar is a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2012. He has over 8 years of experience in the role of practicing chartered accountant. Since starting of his career he is providing end to end services to clients from manufacturing sector and service industry.

Mr. Vishal Khandhar is a pioneer member of the firm and currently working in the capacity of Managing Partner with R M V & Associates LLP. He manages accountancy and payroll services of various clients along with internal accounting and payroll of the firm. He also assists clients in compliance matters with regards to Goods and Service Tax (GST), Income Tax, ROC, etc.

Mr. Vishal Khandhar has also worked with QX group where he was looking after all the compliance matters related to Direct and Indirect tax.

Mr. Prashant Nagdev

Mr. Prashant Nagdev is a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2016. He has over 4 years of experience in the role of practicing chartered accountant.

Mr. Prashant Nagdev is currently working in the capacity of Associate Partner with R M V & Associates LLP. He manages complete accounts and finance portfolio for various clients. He also assists clients in to tax planning matters and other statutory compliances like Income Tax Return filing, GST return filing, STPI, etc.

Mr. Prashant Nagdev has previously worked in the role of business analyst and handled the assignments related to market research, SWOT analysis, strategy formulation, budgeting, etc.

Miss. Pooja Shah

Miss Pooja Shah is a Bachelor of Commerce and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with experience in the field of Auditing.

She has worked as Statutory Auditor and Internal Auditor in Hotel Industry, Retail Industry and Manufacturing Industry. Miss Pooja Shah is currently working in the capacity of Manager- Audit with R M V & Associates LLP.
